United Kingdom delivery

Vellarist currently accepts delivery addresses in the United Kingdom only. Standard tracked delivery is free. The available service and charge are displayed at checkout before payment.

Order processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment and availability checks are complete. During unusually busy periods, processing may take longer.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the carrier details and tracking link to the email address used at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery date or timeframe shown at checkout or in an order message is an estimate unless we expressly state otherwise. Carrier delays, severe weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.

Address accuracy

Please check the delivery address carefully before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment has begun.

Delivery problems

If tracking shows a problem, a parcel arrives damaged, or an order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us through our contact page, by email at support@vellarist.com, or by telephone on +44 20 3459 2167. Please include your order number.
